You are responsible for your own reflection and what you take from the mentoring, as well as how to deal with the techniques and tools.

I will try my best to cancel an appointment with a minimum of 8 hours in advance before an appointment happens, however I can’t control certain circumstances and should there be an emergency case that makes it impossible for me to hold the space I will be honest and straightforward about my reason.

I take the right to reject and cancel any customer at any time if there is a valid reason provided such as unclear communication, irresponsible behaviour or disrespect regarding my work.

I take the right to reject and take back any agreement at any point in time if I think my health and safety is not guaranteed for me and or clients in regards to holding space for a programme

If you are late to an appointment, I won’t extend the hour to your comfort, it is your responsibility to be on time.

My maximum waiting time for an appointment is 15 minutes. If I haven’t heard from you before via the messenger we agreed on to stay in touch, the hour is cancelled for me and won’t be replaced with an extra appointment.

It is your responsibility to communicate with me if there is a problem with why you can’t make it on time or why we need to move a session. If a session is moved more than once, I consider the next session a new one, not a session the client missed.

Ongoing clients with monthly coaching must cancel their sessions at least 7 days before their next payment. Otherwise, the next monthly payment is due on the agreed payment date.

Vice versa, if there is an emergency or technical issue, I will let you know ASAP. I will try my best to be no more than 10 minutes late; if I am late, I will add the 10 minutes to the time of our appointment or to a future appointment.

My mentoring does not replace therapy or any other medical treatment or form of healing. Mentoring can be your kind of healing if you feel this is what you require, and it can help you change your life for the better; however, I set boundaries in certain cases when I feel my client needs further help beyond my comfort zone.

A masterclass or workshop is non-refundable

Im Krankheitsfall sorgen Du und ich für eine klare Kommunikation, um neue Termine zu vereinbaren. Dazu gehört natürlich auch die mentale Gesundheit.

Ich werde mein Bestes tun, um einen Termin mindestens 8 Stunden im Voraus abzusagen, jedoch kann ich bestimmte Umstände nicht kontrollieren, und sollte ein Notfall eintreten, der es mir unmöglich macht, den Platz zu halten.. Ich werde meinen Grund ehrlich und direkt sagen.

Ich habe das Recht, jeden Kunden jederzeit abzulehnen, wenn ein triftiger Grund vorliegt. B. unklare Kommunikation, unverantwortliches Verhalten oder Respektlosigkeit gegenüber meiner Arbeit.

Ich nehme mir das Recht ein Vertrag und/oder Abkommen jederzeit zurückzuziehen, wenn meine Gesundheit und/oder Sicherheit und/oder die meiner Kund:innen gefährdet ist im Bezug auf Raumhalten in einem meiner Programme

Wenn Du zu spät zu einem Termin kommst, werde ich die Stunde nicht zu Deinem Komfort verlängern, es liegt in Deiner Verantwortung, pünktlich zu sein.

Meine maximale Wartezeit auf einen Termin beträgt 15 Minuten. Wenn ich über den vereinbarten kommunikativen Weg noch nichts von Dir gehört habe, entfällt die Stunde für mich und wird nicht durch einen zusätzlichen Termin ersetzt.

Es liegt in Deiner Verantwortung, mit mir zu kommunizieren, wenn es ein Problem gibt, das Du nicht rechtzeitig schaffst.

Dauerkund:innen müssen bis zu 7 Tage vor Beginn des nächsten Monats mitteilen, ob sie das Coaching nicht fortführen wollen. Die Zahlung wird andernfalls wie gewohnt am Zahltag erwartet.

Sollte eine Sitzung mehr als einmal verschoben werden, sehe ich die nächste Sitzung nicht als vergangen, sondern als eine neue Sitzung an.

Umgekehrt, wenn es einen Notfall oder ein technisches Problem gibt, werde ich Dich so schnell wie möglich informieren. Ich werde mein Bestes geben, um nicht später als 10 Minuten zu sein - wenn ich diejenige bin, die zu spät kommt, werde ich die 10 Minuten extra auf den Termin, den wir haben dranhängen, ODER auf einen zukünftigen Termin verschieben.

Mein Mentoring ersetzt nicht die Behandlung in einer Therapie oder einer anderen medizinischen Behandlungsform zur Heilung. Ein Mentoring kann Deine Art der Heilung sein, wenn Du das Gefühl hast, dass es das ist, was Du brauchst, und Dir helfen kann, Dein Leben zum Besseren zu verändern – jedoch setze ich meine Grenzen, wenn es um bestimmte Fälle geht, in denen ich das Gefühl habe, dass mein Klient weitere Hilfe benötigt, die jenseits meiner Komfortzone und Möglichkeiten liegt.

Eine Masterclass oder ein Workshop ist vom Umtausch bzw. Geldrückgabe ausgeschlossen
